service is free of charge, our return policy is straightforward:
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Users are eligible to request a refund if they believe the roast provided was unsuccessful or did not meet their
expectations.
2. Refund Process
- To request a refund for a failed roast, please contact us at len.vladislavs@gmail.com.
- In your email, please include:
- Your LinkedIn profile URL
- The date of the roast
- A brief explanation of why you consider the roast unsuccessful
3. Review Process
- We will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis.
- Our team will respond to your request within 5 business days.
4. Refund Amount
- As LinkedIn Roaster is a free service, no monetary refunds will be issued.
- Instead, we offer the opportunity for a revised roast or additional feedback on your LinkedIn profile.
5. Limitations
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the original roast.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we deem unreasonable or abusive.
6. Continuous Improvement
- We value your feedback and use it to improve our roasting service continually.
